Policy

 Policy must be read before ordering 

*Placing an order is an agreement with my policy* 

Feel free to message me for any questions/concerns regarding my policy

•Must order 2 weeks in advance for a custom cake and at least 1 week in advance for all other items.

•I only offer pick-ups at the moment.

•You must pay full amount if total is under $60.

•A 50% non-refundable deposit is required if your order is $60 or more to save your date and order. 

•I require the rest of the payment to be sent the day before pick up.

•I accept payments through Zelle, Apple Pay, or online through a pay link which will accept debit or credit cards (I will have to charge a 2.3% + 0.30 for using my Paylink).

•Once orders have been picked up I am NO longer responsible for the order.

No Show/Response:

•A pick-up reminder will be sent by text a day before your pick-up day along with the address.

•If you no show your order will be disregarded and no refund will be given.

•Order MUST be picked up on the date and time we agreed on unless I state otherwise, the order cannot be stored to be picked up on another day.
